When I was young, I wanted to be a doctor.

I was fascinated by anatomy and physiology,
but I wasn't very good at dissection so I couldn't pass those classes.
Yet by studying and practicing Natural Healing Massage Therapeutics,
I am still able to do healing work.

I received my training in Acupressure Therapy
at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in 2009.
Since then I have been studying and practicing acupressure
for myself, my patients, and my students.

I also completed an Acupressure Mastery Program.
For  this part of my acupressure training I had to do 10 live-intakes
for 10 different patients.
I had to document the acupressure point therapy that I used,
what the conditions were, and what the results were.
I was amazed to see the wonderful healing results for my patients.

I currently work with a chiropractor and I see a lot of patients
that have been injured in car accidents.
The acupressure therapy that I use for them is very effective
to balance the energy around their body,
release muscle tension, alleviate their pain
and quicken the healing of their bodies.

I use acupressure for daily self-care
to stay strong and healthy.

I am also a member
of the American Massage Therapy Association.
That membership has been very helpful
with my massage practice
to help me reach and maintain professional standards.
